Authors Information for Authors

Submission:  Papers are accepted for editorial consideration through email gmahmoud_56@yahoo.com with the understanding that they have not been published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere.   

*       All submissions will be subject to the normal process of peer review. The language of the article should be in English.

*       Authors should note that articles submitted in the Journal must be original, not published anywhere, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere while under consideration by the Journal.

*       The title of the paper and author (s) name should appear at the beginning of the page. The abstract is to be provided after authors name and affiliation and should not be more than 150 words. A list of keywords should follow the abstract. Note that keyword should express the precise content of the article.

*       All pages should include the page numbers. The numbers should appear on the right hand side of each page.

*       All equations should be numbered. Clearly define symbols  and notations in the text of the article.

*       Illustrations, tables etc should be numbered and referred by the numbers in the text.

*       All mathematical notations in the article must be typewritten.

*       Photographs, diagrams, drawing etc. are to be numbered and referred in the text.

*       References for the article should be complete in all details and typed alphabetically at the end of the paper.

*       The style for the references are illustrated by the following example:

1. Sarper, H. and Sankar, N.(2005). Controls of Mathematical Modeling and Networks. Int. J. of System Science, 23, 270-279.

2. Sarkar, M.(2005). Introduction to Theory of Systems. Addison Wesley, New York, USA.  

*       The authors vest copyright of their article to GBS Publishers & Distributors (I) before the article can be accepted for publication.

*       The corresponding author will receive galley proofs which should be returned back to the publisher within three weeks.

*       Decision regarding acceptance/rejection of the article will be made by the editorial board within 1-2 months of submission.

*       The articles rejected for publication will not be returned back to the author.

*       The authors are responsible for the content of their article. The publisher accepts no liability for the contents in the published article.

Paper Acceptance: The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon recommendation of Editorial Board Members.  

Copy Right: Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright form before publication of the work. 

Proofs: Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any other corrections may be charged to the authors. Authors are advised to check their proofs very carefully before return, since the inclusion of late corrections cannot be acceptable. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publishers.

Publication Cost: The publication fee for accepted articles is $10.00 per page including 20 off-prints set are provided. For Indian Authors Rs.300 per printed page.
